Sectional Garage Doors
Sectional garage doors are growing hugely in popularity. They offer many benefits such as security, strength and insulation.
They usually consist of four separate hinged sections which open vertically. This gives the advantage of being able to be installed to nearly every type of garage opening shape (round, arch etc). We can even Supply and fit to ‘SuperSize’ openings up to 8 metres wide.

Sectional garage door installations provide strength and stability that is not found in other door model types, even in door sizes much larger than normal. Therefore sectional doors are a good choice for accommodating larger garage openings.
As they open and close vertically, this means that space around the opening can be used more. So a good thing for shorter garages, which allow vehicles to be parked up close. The door panels curve upwards over the opening and back into the headroom of the garage. If installed properly, this garage door type can allow for full drive-through height and width. So perfect if the garage is to be used for large vehicle access.

High Speed or ‘Fast Action’ Roller Shutters are used for many applications where high traffic volumes require a door to keep a building environment and temperature as constant as possible. The high speed door can travel up in as little as 2 seconds and close as quickly for maximum efficiency.
Some door models are specifically designed to keep cold in for refrigerated rooms, warehouses, etc.. High speed (or ‘fast action’) Shutters are usually manufactured from very strong material with the option of clear vision panels built in so you can see what may be happening on the other side of the closed door. Samson also offer a range of high speed aluminium roller Shutters and ‘spiral’ doors an adaptation on a sectional door but operating at high speed.
They also help to keep dust, rain and wind levels lower in a building.
If they are to be used on the external perimiter of a building they are usually combined with another door such as a steel roller shutter or sectional door to secure the premises when closed during non operational times.

Electrohydraulic dock leveler with telescopic lip of DS series is an optimal solution for warehouse complexes and other facilities with loading docks. It offers time saying flexibility for handling all loading situations including side loads. The telescopic lip can be extended onto the vehicle bed with the utmost precision. Lip segments allow handling vehicles whose bed is narrower than the overall leveler width. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip slides out. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip slides back in and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.
Electrohydraulic dock leveler with hinged lip of DLHH series is an optimal solution for warehouses and logistics facilities where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading at the dock. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip opens turning into a horizontal position. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.
Console dock leveler with hinged lip of DLHHI series is an optimal solution for warehouse areas and other facilities where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip opens while turning. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. The platform has a universal type of installation.
MODL mechanical dock leveler is designed to equip loading docks of warehouses and other logistics facilities. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of back-up or if an electrohydraulic leveler can’t be installed. The leveler is lifted by two operators. As the lip rises, it will automatically swing up and extend. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.
MDLM mechanical edge-of-dock leveler is designed as a simple and economical equipment ideal for servicing trucks with minimal height differences with the dock. The leveler is used in warehouses and logistics facilities docks where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of backout or if pit leveler installation is not feasible. The leveler is lifted with operating handle by one operator. While lifting the lip opens. Next the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Installation of the EOD leveler is performed on a special ramp or in the pit.
DSHС Foam Pad Dock Seal
DSHС Foam Pad Dock Seal
DSHС dock seal is the most economical equipment designed to provide the tightest possible sealing at docks that serve uniformly sized trailers with hard bodies. During loading/unloading operations the trailer (with open doors) backs into the dock seal and compresses the pads by about 50 mm thus forming a tight seal around three sides of the trailer. The three sides reinforced PVC fabric cover is highly elastic and wear and tear resistant. The dock seal assembly is mounted using the suspended method of installation.
MT-series dock plates are used when goods traffic is low and there is no need to install a standard loading dock. These plates are designed for trailers having approximately the same height above the ramp level. They easily bridge the gap between dock floor and truck bed compensating height difference of up to 240 mm. The plates can be transported to the required place with a forklift. All dock plates are manufactured and tested in compliance with DIN EN1398 directive and have a corresponding Certificate of Compliance.
If floor space is limited, a free standing frame assembly can support the installation of a dock leveler outside a building. Such frames are ideal for warehouses and distribution centers where the entire building space is used or trailers can’t be parked perpendicular to the building.
Mobile yard ramps are specifically designed to provide ground to dock ramp access to high dock warehouses or trailer beds. They do not require special preparation to operate allowing for loading/unloading operations to be performed without construction of a traditional concrete ramp. All DoorHan ramps have a similar principle of operation, i.e. a ramp is lifted by a mechanical or hydraulic drive, equipped with safety system, and is easily transported to the warehouse dock or the trailer with a fork lift. If a ramp has legs then it is set on them, if the trailer bed is used as a support for the ramp then it is lowered onto it. After the loading/unloading operations have been completed the ramp is raised and transported to the place of storage.
