However we are sure, that proposal of high quality should contain much more information. General Proposal document with identification of:

- Project Costs and possible discounts
- Project timeline / Project Plan
- Proposed methodology for execution
- Project Resources which will be involved (we preliminary plan them via our internal macro-planning system)
- Project risks and mitigation strategies
- Technical vision on the project (architecture, technologies)
Requirements Matrix – a sheet which shows project requirements structured via hierarchy. This document is a basis for further planning and costs drop down.
